Recently, one of our staff received the following thank you note from a good customer of her party plan business. Wow, how wonderful to have a customer feel so strongly as to write this wonderful note. When we work hard to build a relationship with our customers, it becomes just that, a relationship…not something that would be defined as pushy or negative but truly good service!

“… Your knowledge, customer service, no pressure sales, friendly demeanor, insights, etc. is the example to which I compare all other home sale businesses and salespeople. You truly are a consultant and not so much a salesperson. Not to mention, that you are just a kind, good natured person with whom I enjoy talking!”
